Canex film faced plywood manufacture by pressing on standard plywood plate special paper impregnated with resin. The process of pressing of the film runs in high temperatures and under high pressure and resin from the film penetrates into wood giving the effect of a very tight bond with underlying plywood plate.

The most commonly used coating is phenol film. Panels can be supplied with 120 g/m??? film or heavier, depending on the end use. Panels coated with phenol films are widely used for concrete formwork, vehicle building and agricul-tural construction.

The type of film we produce is mainly two kinds, plywood with phenol films and plywood with melamine films.

1, Phenol film faced plywood
Films and laminates can be imprinted with different patterns to improve the panel's frictional properties. Other types of coatings, such as grassfires overlays for specific end uses e.g. in vehicle building, are also available.

•Birch Plywood is made of several glued veneer sheets depends on thickness required. Wood grains of adjoined veneer sheets can have perpendicular or lop-sided (when wood grains are along one side) dispositions. The number of veneer sheets varies from 3 to 23 depends on thickness.
